How Omaha Steaks Collects Your Information

Information You Give Us

Who We Share Information With

Service Providers: We engage third party service providers to perform services on our behalf such as: payment processing, order fulfillment, marketing automation, serving targeted ads, administration of contests or sweepstakes, tracking website behavior, software management, data storage, technical or operational support, and research and analytics. We require our service providers to keep your information secure and confidential. Our service providers may not use or disclose your information for any purpose other than providing services to us or on our behalf.

Business Partners: With your consent, we share information with third parties who provide goods or services that we believe may be of interest to you. If you opt-in to receive information regarding a promotion, you give us your consent to share your name and e-mail address with the third party offering the promotion or the third party who may forward marketing or other materials on our behalf via email. Your consent to receive such communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Omaha Steaks. Sharing of Aggregated Data: We may analyze aggregated, de-identified data and share these analyses at our discretion, including with marketing agencies, media agencies and analytics providers. These third parties will not be able to relate this data to identifiable individuals.

Change of Ownership or Corporate Organization: We may transfer to another entity or its affiliates or service providers some or all information about you in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, sale of assets or any line of business, change in ownership control, or financing transaction. We cannot promise that an acquiring party or the merged entity will have the same privacy practices or treat your information the same as described in this Policy.

You play a significant role in protecting your information. After you register on the Site you are responsible for protecting the security of your user name and password. You are responsible for any transaction made using your user name and password.

Cross-border Transfer of Data

If you access the Site from outside of the United States, you understand that we may collect, process, and store your personal information in the United States and other countries. Children Under 13

Our website is not intended for use by individuals under age 13. If a child under age 13 has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the information and opt out of promotional opportunities.
